The Al Thumama Stadium is one of seven arenas, which are worked for the FIFA World cup Qatar 2022. It is situated close to Hamad International Airport. A joint endeavor between Al Jaber Engineering of Qatar and Tekfen Construction of Turkey is fundamentally associated with the development work. The compositional plan, by the Chief Architect of Arab Engineering Bureau Ibrahim Jaidah, takes its motivation from the conventional taqiyah cap, a customary cap which is worn by men and young men across the center east. A 50,000 m2 (540,000 sq ft) recreational area will encompass the arena. The arena has a limit 40,000 seats. Its consummation is normal for 2021.
